Allentra is the trading name of Radium Services International Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12361761), registered address 1 Church Terrace, Yeovil, England BA20 1HX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. This policy explains what personal data we collect through allentra.net, allentragroup.com and allentrausa.com and our associated services, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. Questions or requests: team@allentrausa.com.
What data we collect and why
When you book a discovery call, request a report, submit an enquiry, or make contact through this website, we collect the personal and business information you provide. This typically includes your name, job title, company name, email address, and information about your business and its US expansion plans.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service or content you have requested, and follow up where that is relevant to your situation. The lawful basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR: legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is to operate an advisory service and communicate with people who have expressed an interest in it.
Where we ask for your permission to add you to our mailing list or to share your information with members of our partner network, the lawful basis is Article 6(1)(a): consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at team@allentrausa.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
Website analytics and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics to monitor visitor behaviour and improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect information about your device, browser, and how you navigate the site. No personally identifiable information is stored through this process.
We also use UTM parameters to track the source and effectiveness of our marketing activity. Where UTM data accompanies an enquiry, it is recorded in our CRM alongside your contact information. You can disable Google Analytics tracking by adjusting your browser settings or using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we store your data
Data submitted through this website is stored in Airtable, which serves as our CRM. Airtable is a US-based third-party platform. Your data is held securely and accessed only by authorised members of the Allentra team.
We retain your data for as long as there is an active business relationship or a legitimate reason to do so. For enquiries that do not progress to an engagement, we typically retain contact information for up to three years. For clients and active contacts, we retain relevant records for up to six years following the end of the relationship, in line with standard commercial limitation periods under English law. You may request deletion at any time and we will act on that request unless retention is required by law.
Sharing with our partner network
Allentra works with a network of vetted specialist partners across legal, tax, commercial, and operational disciplines. Where we believe a partner can provide relevant support to you, and where you have given us permission to do so, we may share the relevant details of your situation with them in order to facilitate an introduction or a consultation.
We engage our partners on the basis that they are GDPR-compliant. We do not, however, audit or formally assess their data handling practices, and we cannot accept responsibility for the way in which they process personal data once it has been shared with them. If you wish to understand how a specific partner handles your data, you should contact them directly.
We will not share your data with any third party outside this context, and we will not sell your data under any circumstances.
International transfers
Airtable stores data on servers located in the United States. By submitting your information through this website, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Where such transfers occur, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as permitted under UK GDPR.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data.
Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request that we delete your personal data.
Ask us to limit how we process your data.
Request your data in a portable electronic format.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@allentrausa.com. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated by email where we hold your contact details. The current version will always be available at this address.
